Adopting SCR hight-exactitude constant temp control system,control exactly the infrared brightness degree and temperature based on different requirement.The function of solid rotary conveyer can be divided as assembling line and sole-producting line. Assembling line:divides as double layer.The double layer is putting shoe tray in upper layer,shoe rack in lower layer. Upper layer is used for putting sole,lower layer is putting vamp.The line is used for big,middle and small type producting line.Sole producting line:It can be designed as one to two layer shoe trays,and used for changeable sole producting line.

Warm-keeping oven are installed in both attaching and end part of fast conveyor , can be controlled independently .The design of keeping opporiate temperature before pressing the sole can finish well attaching of vamp and sole. Acticating seal board is made under the rack's appropriate place in order to lessen heating room and caloric lose,atthe same time,reach the efficiency of improving warm-keeping and saving energy.
